How Payment Works
Our payment structure is designed to be flexible and fair. Here is exactly when each payment is due:
Initial Deposit â Confirms Your Reservation
A 25% advance payment of the total vacation package cost is required to confirm your reservation.
Second Installment
An additional 30% of the total package cost is due within one week of booking.
Final Balance
The remaining 45% of the total package cost must be paid at least 30 days before your scheduled departure.
Flight Fares Paid in Full at Booking
Flight fares and transportation fees are to be paid in full and in advance at the time of booking your package.
Travel within 15 days of booking: If your travel is within 15 days of booking, the entire cost of the vacation package must be paid upfront in full at the time of booking.
Policy changes: These policies are subject to change without notice. Final payment details and policies will be confirmed by your booking agent via email after reservation.
Cancellation & Refund Schedule
Cancellation fees depend on how far in advance you cancel before your departure date. The earlier you cancel, the less you lose.

Flight fares: Flight fares are subject to the cancellation policies of the respective airline and may be non-refundable regardless of when you cancel. Airline-specific policies will be communicated at the time of booking.
Refund processing time: Refunds will be processed after deducting the applicable retention fee. Processing may take 45â60 working days to reflect in your account. These policies are subject to change â your booking agent will confirm final terms via email.
